    Yes, I've emailed my instructor and waiting a reply I was just hoping somoene here would be able to steer me in the right direction of how to do a Care Plan.

    I need help please I'm currently in Health Safety and I have to come up with a 3 part Nursing Dx statement as well as out come for a patient with pneumonia and dehydration. I don't know how to do the care plans that EC wants... Please someone can you explain this to me.
