  1. Hello - The problem with the school is that is a private school and is family owed. so they have switch things a lot without noticed but later on get notified about the change. And we are first group in that school to do the lpn program so I'm not if that's the reason they are not organized? So my next question to you will be, is that if the board of nursing verify with the clinical site if we did do the our rotations at their facility? Also I'm in the state of Florida
  2. Hello everyone !! I started an LPN program in April of 2017, and I am concerned that we haven't done clinicals! The only time we did went to a site was for orientation and to meet our assigned patient So this week we were supposed to continue and the site told our professor we can't come because they had some type of inspection, so my question is considering that I graduate in May of 2018, is there going to any problems with me passing my nclex if we don't do any clinicals ??
  3. Thanks for advice and good luck in the RN program
  4. I know everthing is going so fast but I did very good in fundamentals. Yes there was an entrance exam and we only did math and reading because they said it didn't make sense to take sience portion when they will be teaching us science, so that work for me and I did good too on my entrance exam. What are you taking now ? Or are done with Lpn program ?
  5. Hello thank and you ! Well .. The A&P is part of the program at my school but I thought it was part of nursing overall, I thought that we were going to do a full A&P but apparently not and also they told me pharmacology math is also 2 weeks í ½í¸. The exam was all the same questions as the book and this online program call Evolve . She didn't bother to make new question all same questions which were easy to memorize.
  6. Thanks I hope so
  7. Thanks but I'll see what I can do
  8. I know that's why I'm so concerned, I know the point is to pass the nclex and get my license, but I'm second guessing the school now .
  9. Hello to all, I got accepted into a practical nurse program at an institute, now I'm a month into the program and I just finished fundamental of nursing in ONE month, but we didn't really finish the chapter we did up to chapter 18, and now on to A&P, but we have to finish it in 2 weeks 😐. Now the course is called A&P and medical terminology, but according to them ( professor and director) we don't need to that much A&P! So my question is how much A&P is indeed for LPN school ? I'm really upset that they're trying to cut corner but seems like they don't care how students feel. Another thing is that they give same test .. Like for example my final test was about the same questions I already had answer in previous test in the fundamental nursing class , I'm not sure if that's right or what but please I need some ones advice, thank you .
