I just took the HESI this morning. My advice is to study the Elsevier review book, and everything is in there. There wasn't any metric/english conversions, but a couple of metric-metric (cm-m) questions. And yes LOTS of fractions and ratios. For the grammar, most were pick the correct/incorrect, or choose the correct word, there were maybe 1-2 questions asking about a part of speech. (sorry i didn't take the a&p sections)

Anyone applying for the nursing program at CCRI for spring 2018? I just took the HESI this morning, and I'm waiting on my final pre-requisite grade to be posted. (fingers crossed)
