    Hello everyone, I recently graduated from nursing school!(ADN) I have been offered a job at MedStar Washington Hospital Center - Cardiology IMC unit residency (Starts in July). I also have an interview coming up for a position as a Woman's OR nurse at INOVA, also a residency. MedStar offers New grads 28/hour and INOVA offers 26/hour. I feel conflicted regarding what would be the best choice If I am offered the OR position. I live in the Gainesville/Haymarket area. What are your opinions/advice?
