  1. Wow! Congrats Nurse. Did they explain why they mistook your application?
  2. Truc Linh Tong - for North Lake facebook page :))
  3. Congratulations! I also received the acceptance letter. I'm in North Lake. I cross my fingers my toes for y'all. Check your emails NOW! I hope to see y'all on Nov. 8th
  4. I personally prefer El Centro because the Mountain View has just opened nursing program recently (since 2013 - i think so). Number of RN test takers in Mountain View are around 20-35 while El Centro are 200-300. I think that's why the percentage pass of El Centro is low and on probation. But it seems El Centro more famous about nursing program than MVC. Anyways, I still confuse to choose which school to study. I scheduled the interview of MCV on November 7th. Now just wait the notification from El Centro, and I gonna think about choice until the interview day
  5. It seems this semester many schools extended their deadline. I applied the Mountain View, and it also extended the deadline more 4 days. But this school gave the result much faster than El Centro. I just received its email for interviewing today. Thank god! It makes me less anxious while waiting letter from El Centro. I applied El Centro with 44 points. My hesi scores: A&P: 100, English 86, and math 98
  6. Oh nooooo!!!!! I'm dying!!!!
  7. Me too.Now I'm anxious for checking mail day by day. Hopefully this ends this week. I wonder why they don't just simply email us instead of mailing. Sighhhhh
  8. Bhc accepts once hesi test on the filling period. So if i took the hesi twice on August, it was fine right?
  9. Did you take the Hep before? if yes you can try to apply another college. Some colleges require the immunization records not the titer. I hear deadline of Mountain view college is Oct 16th. Hopefully it can help you
  10. Hi everyone, In Brookhaven website, I see they said: "The HESI A2 can be taken at any school that offers the HESI A2". Does it mean if I took the Hesi test on El centro already, I can bring that score to apply Brookhaven?
  11. Me too. I'm so said when read that information. Hopefully they can improve the exit hesi scores within 1.5 year. I heard that the El Centro program is less organization than Brookheaven, and their test is usually unrelated to what they are teaching
  12. Oh. Students can submit the titers if we don't have immunization, right? "Hepatitis A: a. Two (2) Hepatitis A shots (0, 6 months) OR b. Positive Hepatitis A Total Antibody titer" "Applicants may also submit titers, blood drawn to check for antibodies in your system from prior immunization or infection, as proofof immunization "
  13. Hi, thanks Chrissy. Is the hesi test in Grayson different from El Centro? I apply only El Centro, and hopefully I can get in too. Anyone here know about immunization requirement? For the Hepatitis A do they require both 2 shots before the deadline or just the fist one? I see each shot is given at least 6 months apart. arrgh
  14. Hi guys, I'm going to apply RN program for spring 2018 too. I just took hesi test last week, and I got 3 points for English, 7 points for a&p, and 7 points for math. I'm applying with total 43 points. Omg I feel so nervous because only top 60 students will be chosen. I hope my score is enough competitive. I'm also thinking about using this hesi result to apply LVN for fall 2017 as my second choice. Notification of LVN is sooner than RN. If I were passing the LVN, I would study and wait the result of RN. I think at least if I fail the RN, I did not wast time for waiting. Well, guys could you please have any advice for me? I'm so confused and not much confident. >"
