I used Admission Assessment Exam Review, 4e to study for the HESI. It is like $35 on Amazon. I also took every practice exam available online. Hope this helps.

The situation has been addressed at this point. It was a murder suicide but they are still investigating.

Good to know @AshleyWhatley. I guess I will be calling Friday. I looked up my address on eConnect and see that they left off my Unit # so I don't know if I will get the letter in the mail.

I still have no letter! Ughhhhh. I am starting to worry now. I have 2 addresses (Permanent and Physical). Informed delivery will only let you register the address on your ID so I can't see what is coming to my permanent address. I keep requesting that they check the mail but they are not giving me any feedback. So I don't know if that means there was no mail or they are not checking it. I am dying!!!

Hi Ladies! I haven't been receiving a notification so I thought every was being silent until May 1st. I will have to start checking myself to stay updated. How did you check on USPS for your letter? I haven't received a notification from that site either and I see no means to search for possible incoming mail without a tracking number. Well if I can't see in advance... All great information! I currently am a single mom so... I work full-time already in a stressful environment. I can't go to a less stressful job because 'less stress = less pay". Lol. I am in need of a night position so I can carry a full-time job while in the program. So I have to find something else. I just setup the USPS account.

I love how positive everyone on this thread is. Its so wonderful! The network of support is great. I am completely all for study groups. I agree, Sid2009. I would hate for the staff to lose their jobs but I also know I need this to work out. I am ready to go into this new field and I do not want to take extra time looking into other options. I currently work in the mortgage industry. I am trying to find a health care position but they are overlooking me due to lack of previous healthcare experience. Is anyone else having luck finding positions in the industry?

I am in the process of moving. If my letter is by chance lost in the mail what other options are there to learn your acceptance status?

I hope that is how it plays out. I previously worked for ATI which is a trade school. I quit because I could see there were some sketchy practices going on. Maybe 2 years after I quit, they lost their accreditation and the student who had attended the college lost their certification since the college could not back them without their accreditation. So I automatically assumed the worst in this situation from that knowledge. I pray this is different since it is an actual college and not a trade program/ school.

My stats PreReq GPA 3.6: 5 pts HPRS: 4 pts Support: 4 pts HESI: 9 Pts (Eng-92; AP-80; Math-88) I know its bad but I had not taken AP prior to taking the HESI Exam. BSN Course: 13 pts Total: 35 points I am praying for all you ladies to get that great news as well as myself! Good Luck! :)

Hello All! I am new to this but I have been reading along for the past 2 months on this conversation. I applied to El Centro Fall 2017 and I am about to die waiting on the letters to be received. But now reading that they are on probation is worrying me. Should I be cautious and apply to Brookhaven or any other programs? I was trying to go through El Centro so I could get right into a job while completing my BSN at UTA. What are you ladies thinking?
