  1. Hi everyone! This is my first post and am hoping to find some help. My significant other has accepted a job in the Bay Area in California. We hope to live somewhere in Berkeley. I currently am a ICU RN in Minneapolis, MN and have never been to CA.... So I am looking for some help :) Can anyone tell me about good hospitals to work for in the area? I am very open to working anywhere... I hope to go back for CRNA school so I'd like to stay in the ICU. The down fall is that I am a New Grad and only have a couple months of experience. By the time we move I will have had 6 months. I have looked at a few places but its hard to get a feel just from online. Also, I have contacted some HRs and they send me the generic information about the hospital and how to apply for jobs, so it is not that helpful. Seriously any advice or help would be amazing! I appreciate it immensely!
