I posted this response to several other posts. I utilized the Hurst online review the christmas before I graduated. I used no other program and did not practice hundreds of questions. My exam was delayed 6 months after graduation. My grades were average. I passed with 75 questions. I highly recommend this review. When they say the exam is about making sure you are a safe nurse they are right. You have to know enough facts ( she says Know core content!), but must also understand the larger picture (which is where Hurst excels).
