My nursingCas status says I am verified for TWU spring 2019 but I did not get an e-mail. Does it mean anything?

I took anatomy 1 got a C then took anatomy 2 as of now i average to a C. Dropping the class today and retaking it in the fall. Retaking anatomy 1 in the summer.

Hello, I need help deciding what to do. I got a C in anatomy 1 during my first semester and the current semester (2nd) I average a 70 on two lecture tests and 75 on two labs for anatomy 2. I told my anatomy teacher that i'm going retake anatomy 1 in the summer and anatomy 2 in the fall. She told me to maybe look into another major such as social work/ human resources. As she said very kindly that maybe i'm better suited for other majors and doesn't want me to waste time and money. I am currently going to drop as the drop date is today but i'm stuck wither i should change majors or just keep going. I'm really passionate about helping others and cant see myself doing anything other than nursing.
