Just want to say congratulations to you guys! Lectures will be online. Skills lab will be on campus which is the first 8 week of class then you will go on your assigned clinical site for the last 8 week. I'm sure all of you are excited! It is going to be challenging but I'm sure you guys can do it!

OMG..really?? that's not fair. Last semester, they had a white coat ceremony. Did she say why? I haven't looked at the orientation schedule yet. I wonder why they changed it.

Yes, the white coat ceremony is the same day as the nursing program orientation. Did you receive your schedule packet yet? The date should be there. ?

I just checked my blackboard and it's not there yet. It will probably take a while but it should be under community tab.

Yes. Actually we won't be able to access it yet. We have to wait until the nursing department declare our major. I just received my confirmation yesterday saying they received mt statement of intent. We should automatically have it in the blackboard. Try to check it once in a while. just go to Blackboard then Community. Click Nursing Community and go to the Competencies folder. All 3 trainings should be there.

Yes I do but we can't set up the castlebranch document tracker yet. The clinical coordinator will send us individual emails after she finalizes how many student will confirm to attend this Spring and return the statement of intent. It might take several days. She will send us the code we will need to set it up and start with it. What I am doing now is just completing all other requirements while waiting for the code. Like the vaccinations, malpractice insurance, flu shots and etc. Let me know if you have other questions! ?

Has anyone finished with all the vaccines series for clinical requirements? like MMR, Hepa B, Varicella, and Tdap?

Hello everyone! This thread is for those who are applying for Towson University Nursing program for Spring 2020! The deadline to submit the application is August 15th. All other materials should be submitted by September 1st. I just submitted my completed BSN application as well as other materials. I've heard that the admission letters will be released around October. If you guys hear anything regarding the admission. Please share it with us here!
