  1. I will thank you!
  2. I did, but their openings all said RN II and I wasn't sure what that meant. Clinical ladder?
  3. Hello, I am moving back to the Savannah area after 7 years away later this year. I have 1 year experience in a Medsurg/Tele observation & admissions unit that has a high turnover rate and is considered an extension of the ED. I would like to stay in a hospital setting since I feel as though I still have much to learn. My question is, will I be able to find a job in a hospital with only a year experience? For SJ/C for example, I saw that they only wanted nurses with 2 years experience on all floors. I would love to be able to get in the ED as it was my first choice. Any insight would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
