  1. I'm having success w/ hydrocortisone 1%. I'm not sure if it's a permanent solution though. I've been using it for 3 days. After the first day, it took away the soreness & chappedness. I'm hoping after a week, I wont need to use it any more. I've been suffering with the problem for over 6 months. I've tried everything from vitamins to creams and ointments. At best, they just took care of the symptoms for a short time. I've even changed my soap, detergent, shampoo, toothpaste, dish washing liquid... The list goes on. I've even changed my diet and it didn't help. Again, the hydrocortisone 1% seems to be helping the most out of everything I've tried. Hopefully, after a week I won't be needing it any more. I put on a small amount before bed and in the morning after I've showered.
