  1. Np's need to stop accepting kibbles and bits. Know your worth and know the business of healthcare. This would never happen with any other provider.
  2. 150k as an FNP? In what state?
  3. Please do not become an NP and just go to medical school. Your post clearly shows that you are "settling" for NP because you didn't have good grades your first year of college (which shouldn't matter if you have an upper trend, but thats besides the point).
  4. A lot of you who resent going into nursing act like it's too late to get out. Get out now before you become any more of a plague to this profession.
  5. This is 100% correct. All you future students should understand this.
  6. Is there a FB group for those accepted?
  7. Good luck at USD! You will do great.
  8. Thanks for the encouragement! Out of curiosity, how many people got off the waitlist in your cohort?
  9. Wow 2 1/2 years for a BSN, masters and FNP certificate sounds really ideal. Sign me up! I was also concerned about the length of this program as you still have to get RN experience to get your MSN then add on another year for the FNP certificate. However, looks like you can't go wrong with either choices though.
  10. Waitlisted as well. Anyone know how many people got off the waitlist last year? I know its random, but I need any sort of encouragement right now lol.
