  1. AWESOME! I think 26 points is amazing.
  2. Alright everyone, so if you have any concerns best option is to call Florita. I spoke to her and they are currently trying to figure everything out and clear everything up. Since the situation is confusing she just told me to refer you all to her. She did say that SON didn't know that specific letter will be going out. If you have any questions on how to reach her and such just let me know! Hope to hear from you guys soon on acceptance! (: Can't wait
  3. I couldn't agree more. From what I'm understanding, from others who clarified by calling SON, it was a mistake. I do not know how and why. I will for sure try to talk to someone and get information and officially clarify it today. I will help as much as I can. I can't promise anything but I will try my best!
  4. I will try my best to(:
  5. That is great to hear. No wonder. The three students that didn't receive anything are current CSULA students. Glad you cleared it all up. I hope you all are still going to get the official acceptance soon! GOODLUCK(:
  6. This is possible. I do know 3 people who have not received anything about admission.
  7. Our deadline was end of March. So it definitely is not the same case. Have you guys sent an email confirmation to Florita as the email should say? And if yes did she email back? I hate that you guys are so confused it sucks to get excited then have to worry again.
  8. I'm confused on what caused this confusion haha. All I can say it Florita is a very reliable source. If you talk to her and she gives you information, it is usually correct. As a current BSN student I will see if I can clarify anything for you guys. If I get any information that will help you all, I will make sure to post(:
  9. She is a reliable source. She was the one in charge of our letters and deposit fee as well. I can ask around if you guys would like. In the letter, did it give you a deadline for the deposit?
  10. Who did you guys speak to?
  11. Also did the email say, School of Nursing Final Decision? Maybe it is the acceptance letter but since deposits need to be made before April (if thats the case) it just means they still need to figure our who is attending and who is not. I hope it's just a misunderstanding and everyone who got acceptance letters are in!!!!
  12. That is weird. We got out admission letters around the same time and it said "On behalf of the California State University, Los Angeles Patricia A. Chin School of Nursing, we are very pleased to inform you the you have been selected for admission to the Generic Baccalaureate Nursing class..." Did it say anything about confirmation deposite?
  13. That's what I received when I got accepted. If it is acceptance to the Patricia Chin school of nursing then you have been accepted to the school of nursing!!! CONGRATS! Welcome! Did you get any letter from the school for addmission?
  14. If you used you're personal email for NursingCas and/or applying to CSULA, then yes. At least that is what happened to me and the rest of cohort 2020.
  15. The most reliable way to find out you have been accepted to nursing program is through their email. From my experience they didn't change my portal status to anything to do with nursing school until I verified that I will take the spot in the program and payed the orientation fee. (the first notification of acceptance is email)
