Accelerated FNP or Adult gero NP programs
I've been looking for MSN FNP programs that you can complete full-time in less than 2 years. Here's what I've found, hope this helps:

University of Alabama in Huntsville 16 months

University of Alabama 20 months

Charles Drew University 16 months

Samuel Merritt University 20 months

University of San Diego 20 months

University of Southern California 21 months

Quinnipiac University 20 months

University of Connecticut 20 months

Catholic University of America 20 months

George Washington University 20 months

Georgetown University 19 months

Howard University 20 months

Jacksonville University 20 months

Keiser University 17 months

Emory University 16 months

Mercer University 16 months

Georgia Southwestern State University 20 months

Kennesaw State University 16 months

Morningside College 20 months

University of Saint Francis Illinois 20 months

University of Nevada Las Vegas 16 months

University of Cincinnati 20 months

Thomas Jefferson University 15 months

University of Pennsylvania 16 months

Belmont University 16 months

Lincoln Memorial University 17 months

Union University 16 months

University of Memphis 20 months

Vanderbilt University 12 months

Second Career in Nursing:Accelerated BSN Questions
I think before you invest any money into this, you have to find out if you'll do well in the sciences. You don't have to be naturally gifted in those areas, but you have to do really well in those courses and it helps if you enjoy them. Chemistry, Anatomy, and Physiology can be difficult, especially if you don't have much of a science background. I would suggest getting some books and start reading and testing yourself now before enrolling in the courses. Coursera is great if you want to try taking some courses for free: Chemistry - University of Kentucky | Coursera Advanced Chemistry - University of Kentucky | Coursera Introductory Human Physiology - Duke University | Coursera

Accelerated MSN Programs
I would like to apply to a Direct Entry MSN program to become an NP, but because these types of programs seem to be really competitive I'm considering doing a separate accelerated BSN program followed by an accelerated MSN. My gpa is not that strong and I feel that if I do really well in the BSN program, it will be much much easier to get into an MSN with a high BSN gpa. Does anyone know of good accelerated MSN programs that are less than two years, preferably 1-1.5 years? I would prefer to do the program in person, but will consider the online ones.
