  1. I’ve been a nurse for 4 years. In the past year I have been struggling the past year with staying at one job, anxiety really bad before going into work (even just thinking about it) to the point that I will talk myself into not going. The only major thing that has happened during my nurse career was losing my grandmother while she stayed in a nursing home which happens to be my specialty. Then covid came and put me in my head of being incapable and second guessing the care I give. Fear of death and loomed over me I guess and I shyed away from that specialty and started a new which made me more anxious and feeling like I can’t complete my job correctly. I’m relocating now and getting back into he work field tomorrow and I’m ready to start on a new foot. I really need help getting back into reality and not worry myself so much but just do. Tips, reassuring words, anything from fellow nurses to getting back out there and dealing with working will help me a lot!
