Try not to worry! I was so so paranoid about the OIG. Once I submitted my application it was 3-4 weeks until I got off. I worked in customer service with a pharma company when my license was surrendered and I was so paranoid that I had somehow violated the law when I submitted my application. I was honest on my application and they didn't bat an eye at it. Hope this helps. Hang in there-we CAN recover

Wondering if anyone has recent experience of moving states while being in a recovery monitoring program. I just started my 3-5 year contract of monitoring with NC. My husband got orders to Missouri and will be there for at least the next 3 years. He's moving without me for the time being. I emailed my monitor to see if they have dealt with this before, but wanted to see if anyone had personal experience. thanks!

I got off the list! On 12/2/22! They “mailed” a letter. I never got it but they just emailed it to me after I harassed them yesterday. Yay!!

Hi! I’m in the exact same boat. License was reinstated in early November. Submitted application to the OIG to be removed from exclusion list in late November. I haven’t heard anything. They said they don’t provide status updates and it can take anywhere from 90-120 days. Any insights? Did you get removed?

Just emailed Nora and she said "Please know that candidates who are invited to Duke Days will be receiving either an offer of admission, or a wait list offer. Official offers will be released after Duke Days concludes. I hope this lends the clarification you are seeking. Please let me know if you have any additional questions."
