Just wanted to share with you all about the app CareRev, which connects professional nurses and CNAs to various facilities for per diem assignments, without the "middle man" of registry and travel nursing agencies. My coworkers and I recently started using it and we absolutely love it. I'm able to self-schedule for posted availabilities and just show up. Orientation is for a few hours in each facility and you get to work right away. I think this is perfect for experienced nurses who enjoy schedule flexibility, higher pay, and being able to travel and do whatever, whenever, without being stuck on a job commitment.
