  1. Right now I have using free weights (Dumbbells and barbells) or using a rubber physio band (brainfart can't remember what it is called) but fasten it to something sturdy for more arm exercises which both are great but my concern is the possibility of depression that comes with not being able to exercise outdoors and feel somewhat trapped
  2. hello I am a student in my first year PN and I am working on a care-plan for a paraplegic that wants to lose weight, but the bike irritates his left shoulder, he is from a small town without the sports amenities, and in the winter can not get out to enjoy any physical exercise due to snow. I already have a diet plan set for him but am having an issue with the exercise portion any suggestions???
