University of Southern California (USC) Keck School of Medicine CRNA - 2024
don't lose hope ya'll. One of the students for c/o 2026 said she got off the waitlist on the very last day -- and had a month to prepare before the program commenced in May haha. She worked on my unit so I saw how ecstatic she was when she got the news. Just make sure prereqs are done if on waitlist.

UCLA New Grad Residency Winter 2021
Yup! Make sure you’re on the Internal Job posting Tab. And on your list, there should be a pending “New Grad Position” where you should be able to click and accept the offer. Hope this helps. Also, I made a facebook group “UCLA New Grad RN - January 2021” ☺️ Hopefully we could assuage some of our concerns or better answer our questions through that platform.

UCLA New Grad Residency Winter 2021
Got a call with a job offer earlier today at 4 ?. Based on my cornerstone, the application status of the New Grad Job says “completed”. So if it’s still in review ya’ll could still be in the running. The interviewers told me that we should hear back within the next few days/next week. So Don’t give up ??

CSUCI FALL 2017
Hi ya'll! It was great meeting some of you at the orientation today. I don't know about the rest of you, but there are a lot of logistical information and requirements that we need to fulfill this summer. Another student and I initiated a Facebook group, and we thought this would be a great outlet for us to share any questions, concerns, reminders, or comments about where we can purchase cheaper items ('dem books are priceeeey!), recommendations, etc. Also, it would be a great way to begin developing our camaraderie as a cohort and as future nurses ^_^. Feel free to join! The group is named: CSUCI Nursing Class of 2020

CSUCI FALL 2017
I believe our final points should be the ones shown on the "view status" page of our nursing apps. But woohoo congrats to everyone who has gotten in! For those who are currently non-CSUCI students, did you accept your Intent to Enroll on myci.csuci.edu? My box was a check mark for "admitted" but when I accepted my intent to enroll, the box turned into a triangle again (?)

CSUCI FALL 2017
@ellinurse31 - I actually had the same thing on my application status. I just called CSUCI's admissions and records office, and they informed me that if your "To Do List" has no tasks for you to do, but your application has the triangle indicating "incomplete," it just means that they're waiting for the nursing program to accept/deny your application. They reassured that there is nothing to worry about and that the status of our undergraduate application is based on the nursing program's final decision. I hope this helps! And yeah the wait is nerve wracking! Did you guys apply to other nursing programs?

CSUCI FALL 2017
@ runstohousebeats - I don't remember definitively as to how long b/c I wasn't checking the status of my application everyday lol. I submitted my application sometime in January, and after a week or so I noticed that my TEAS score was unchecked. So I tried submitting a TEAS report from the ATI website to CSUCI to be safe, but I was experiencing problems from ATI; hence, I contacted them via email. They emailed back saying that it would remain unchecked until they begin processing applications. I haven't bothered looking at the application status 'til today, and I noticed that it was finally checked. So, I can't tell you when, maybe they haven't gotten to your application yet (?). Maybe give it a week or two (?) As for the estimated points, I did calculate something higher before my submission. Initially, I had thought that I probably miscalculated something so I trusted the algorithm embedded in their system that calculates the points, but for some reason after the TEAS score was checked my score went up to 36 (which I initially calculated). Unfortunately, they do NOT send score reports/summaries regarding their calculations, nor can you request them. So, I am not too sure. However, as you can tell from the application window, it says that the points are constantly under review as supplement materials are being verified; therefore, I wouldn't worry too much since you just submitted your application. You'll probably get your calculated score in no time

CSUCI FALL 2017
@ kmalone - I haven't received email notifications confirming that my supplement materials were received, but I did submit my application in person. I did email them about the TEAS score box being unchecked and they said it would be "checked" once they've reviewed my application. Today, the checkbox is finally checked; so I'm assuming they received my materials. I would contact CSUCI just to be sure.
