I got an offer friday

I don't know- they asked me if it would be a problem with the wait period- I said no I would take the extra time to study. It was weird they have an October cohort and a July, but I'm wondering if maybe with the delay in interviews they had to push it back? they told me first 3 weeks would be in Arlington for classes with at least one day a week in Dallas and it would be night shift by December. But mine just changed since 6 pm. when i last checked- I had to one more time before bed

My status for Dallas NICU just went from "interviewing" to "interview process", anyone know what this means? Also they told me it would start in September- not a problem for me, it gives me a chance to brush up on Spanish?

TWU has one of the highest NCLEX pass rates in not only Texas, but the US- it is an amazing program! During two seperate interviews outside of the Dallas area (graduated from the Dallas program), both were in impressed and knew the name- I have no idea what UTMB is, and I spent hours poring over credible nursing schools, and everywhere I turned TWU was the best- only beat by Baylor in NCLEX pass rates, and it is about an 1/8 of the cost!

Mine was super informal more a chat no specific questions.

I interviewed for NICU i was told today was the last day of interviews and there were two positions.

Just so you all know- mine went straight from application in review process to me receiving an invite to interview, and then said interview to be scheduled and now says interviewing

No- you have to keep in mind the sheer number of applications, not to mention they may not update the statuses- you never know

I got a rejectiom this morning- they are making final selections for offers today

same here- on Friday

They told me yesterday that they were making their final decisions and that everyone should know either by end of business yesterday or by Monday at the latest- anyone know if they send or call for offers on Saturdays? But it probably depends on their decisions and if anyone rejects their offers

mine does too and my interview is tomorrow. I would love to work for Parkland, it is an amazing hospital, and it is a bigger, better program than where I thought I had a job.

I got her email from a career fair another recruiter gave it to me so I could ask a question- I hear you on the other jobs thing, I have friends who have already interviewed and received offers to the parkland NICU (within a day of interviewing). I'm not sure the rhyme or reason, I honestly thought I had a guaranteed job at another hospital where I did an externship in the NICU, and didn't get it. We will all get jobs, even if it is not in a NICU right away, many places let you cross train after a year, and you can float and eventually transfer to your desired unit.

I had to leave a message- however every time I have emailed her she has responded or called by the end of the day- I have an interview Friday

I just got a rejection from Plano ED- all my other statuses say considering

hmm I was able to leave her a message, I just asked to speak to my recruiter that the number I had did not work- which is true

They are still working on them- call HR general and ask for the NICU recruiter
