Hello my name is Lisa D. I live in Maryland. Just recently I had some major issues with Maryland Board of Nursing. It's a gamble when you try to call and speak to someone that's business minded professional person over the phone. The only beautiful blessing MBON have there is XYZ. She'll try her best to help you. When you call CJIS, they have the same issues with MBON. Nurses flooding their phone lines with problems with MBON. MBON don't like to return phone calls or respond back to emails. Their phones are constantly ringing with no answering service. Overall I got in contact with Maryland Governor Larry Hogan's office. The governor office helped me out with no hesitation. I hope this information can help out any nurse who's having problems with MBON. Just call the governor office. Also you can file a complaint on the governors website.
