  1. I need help! I'm currently a nursing student at FSCJ I'm Term 2 and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna fail. For Term 1, I barely studied at all and got A's on everything but for Term 2, I study a lot and the exams seems to be in a foreign language. I don't know how to study or prepare for them at all. The group work, readings, and study guides my preofessor give don't seem to be very helpful as far as exams go. I'm pretty much just guessing and currently, points away from passing. Is there anyone who has gone through the program or are currently enrolled that can give me some insight?
  2. The minimum is not a 140 per say. People got in with a lower score than that over the summer. Your HESI scores are good so you should be fine. You aren't allowed to take it more than 2x a year. Good luck!
  3. If you haven't heard anything yet....call or email them ASAP!!! I hadn't heard either way and when I emailed them, they had overlooked my application. It took a couple of hours for them to review everything but I ended up getting in.
  4. Did you guys receive an email to your personal account or fscj? Congrats to those whom have made it!
  5. The confirmation email said the end of March. Good luck!!
  6. I think it means jus the subtests listed (Reading Comp, Vocab, Grammar, and Math). I called and spoke to someone in the Nursing Department and they said it's just those subtests. I was really confused though that it meant EVERY subtest, including the ones not counted on the Ranking Criteria chart. Did you hear differently?
  7. Hi! I'm applying as well. I took the HESI last year before I took all my science classses and did horrible on just those parts. I had an overall of 73 so I couldn't apply for the LPN program. Retaking it soon too improve my score and apply for the RN program.
  8. Were you able to turn in an application with an HESI score lower than 75%?
