  1. Need help finding the right ABSN program

    Hello all, My name is Jessica, I am new to allnurses.com and hoping to get some helpful advice/direction on continuing my education. This spring I will be graduating from Kean University in NJ, with a B.A Biology and a minor in psychology. I would love to enter into an accelerated program but I am having a difficult time finding a program I can directly enter. Most of the schools I have looked into the only prerequisite I am missing is Micro Biology w/ lab. I am hoping to find a program that I will not have to take any more courses to get into. Can anyone suggest any programs that will not require microbiology as a pre req? Since I wont be working during the program I am hoping to find a school no more than 1hr away from my home in Union County, NJ. I know this is kind of a specific question but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. Thanks so much in advance for any advice you can share! :) Jessica
