  1. I actually wanted to work at correction's but I applied in snohomish area and was not able to get the job. Really hard to find a good place to start as a new grad.
  2. Thanks for the reply!! But do you think a base pay of 33 is a bit low for a new grad bsn rn in seattle?? That position looks good but I dont have 1 year experience yet. :/
  3. I am a new grad bsn nurse in washington state in the seattle area. I got my first job at a skilled nursing home facility just recently and was wondering if im getting paid competitively in state. This is also to ask what other new grad rn's starting pay was to compare. This way I can maybe negogiate my pay in the future. My starting hourly wage is 33/hr with a 10k sign on bonus for a 1 year contract. Is that low? Or should I be content.
