I'm a nursing student in Egypt and i'm doing really good, my faculty is accredited, I want to have a degree in medicine and I heared it might be possible after having some form of the american board exams, how far is that true and what are my option...

I know I must go to medical school but what are the prep. I should do and woutdoor I enroll in the first year or I may skip a a year or two ?
