  1. Hey everyone who's in SP19, did any of you guys ordered your books yet or finished with Castlebranch? I realized that I am missing Varicella shot #2, but I am trying to get a hold of public health records but their department is down right now. They said that they won't be open until late December or next year. Should I just get a shot anyways instead of waiting?
  2. Did anyone got selected for FA18 after signing up on the waitlist? I just got an email saying I won't be in for FA18 but will definitely be in SP19.
  3. You can set up an appointment with her to get on the waitlist, or call them to see if they can put you on the waitlist. She said it is no guarantee so who knows if any of the Sp19 will get in.
  4. Thank you for giving your perspective on my decision to which school I should attend. I agree with you that I shouldn't base it upon how soon and how much is nursing school. I was basing it upon that at first because I had the fear of student loans debt that I always hear people taking about. They always say that you don't want to be stuck with student loans. Another thing was that I was worried about how soon I should get done because I am turning 25 years old this year, and I regretted I am not done with my nursing journey by this age already. But yeah, you're right about everything you've said. It really depends on how I like my classes (semester or month to month).
  5. Dr. Robinson said there's a waitlist that's first come first serve for those who asked to be moved to fa18. The 5 alternates will get in first, then they will go by the waitlist.
  6. Hi, I was wondering for those who are about done with the program, how much in student loans do you owe? I had got in Fresno City College RN program and is doing an estimate to see which would be a better route to go. Fresno City College average cost should be around $7,000-8,000 in 2 years, but we will still have to go on and get our bachelor's (another year). I know with National, it is 22 months and whatever GE we aren't done yet, but can you guys let me know about how much you guys owe in student loan debt if you don't mind?
  7. I'm meeting with her on Friday because she's very busy this entire week.
  8. I believe you can apply for an appeal for financial aid. I'm gonna have to do that too since I have completed too many units.
  9. Yeah because they said there are too many students to be switching them back and forth around like that. Also, they had never done anything like that before. Hopefully the director say yes.
  10. I just called and they said that they really can't do that because they got over 250 students that were selected; however, they set an appointment for me with the nursing director to double check if it's okay.
  11. I would love to trade too!!!!
  12. It takes a while until you can hit accept. I think on mines, it took 2-3 hours until I can hit accept.
  13. Aw darn it! Wish they still offer summer courses like they used to. That would've been perfect for us that want to finish early.
  14. Yay! See you at orientation!
  15. Same here too! I want to be done as soon as I can. LOL
