  1. I plan on starting my BSN immediately after. But the problem is I want move as soon as I finish school. And I don’t want move with having a job. Does anyone know any hospitals in NYC that hires nurses with ADN only. I have clinical experience with adults and children.
  2. I am currently a nursing student in an ADN RN program in Virginia. My expected graduation date is July 2022. I am originally from New York and planning to move back after graduation. I plan to take my NCLEX as soon as I graduate and when it is available to me so I can apply for NYS RN license. I emailed a Pediatric Fellowship program of a hospital I want to work at. I really want to work in Pediatrics. They said that BSNs are strongly preferred and that makes me scared to apply. And also a little discouraged that I wouldn’t get in. I was wondering how do I make myself more marketable even though I don’t have a BSN? I have clinical experience as a CNA. I currently work at a children’s hospital in Virginia. I plan started my BSN as soon I finish my current program and pass my NCLEX. Any tips? Anything helps!
