Yea they asked me to today.....hence my anxiety😬 Guess only time will tell! Fingers crossed!

I only submitted my resume because during nursing school I did my externship there so the HR lady asked me for my resume and I went to the two interviews and was offered the job last Friday. I want to be upfront and honest with them as I feel that my past mistakes play a huge part of where I'm at today. I was told by student services at my college not to disclose any information unless asked, just looking for another perspective.

I recently graduated nursing school and applied for licensure. I have a criminal background with 4 previous arrests which i was required to explain to the florida BON prior to receiving ATT. Since being approved i applied for the STARN program at a local HCA hospital. I just found out i got the job and am beginning the preemployment process with the hospital now. Im curious as to if my background DUI, petit theft (withheld adjudication), DWLS, and Criminal mischief (withheld adjudication) will prevent me from being hired once they run my background check. Does anyone have any insight into this topic? im freaking out!
