  1. New Grad Post Interview Question?

    Long time lurker here... made an account to comment because I think we might have interviewed for the same hospital. I interviewed for a new grad program and was told not to approach the hiring manager(s). In the past, I have sent thank you notes and not gotten the job, and have not sent thank you notes and gotten the job. I cannot say whether it helps or not. It almost seems like the standard these days. Good luck
