Hi there! If you are interested in the Carle Nursing Residency Program, get your application in quickly, since the spots are filling up fast. As far as I know, there are 3 tracks. Pediatrics, Labor and Delivery and Med/Surg. The pediatrics and L&D tracks are already closed to applications, so you would apply to Med/Surg. Med/Surg encompasses Oncology and Hospice, and pretty much everything else. During the interview, they ask you what specialty you would prefer and take it into consideration. They will work with you to find a home unit once you are accepted into the Med/Surg track. I'm not sure which floors are better than others, but the hospital seems like a fantastic place to work as a whole. They wear navy blue scrubs. Good luck!

Just make sure you don't block any roadways, yell obscenities, and if someone near you starts actin all crazy (like the guy who challenged Starbucks to a duel)-- distance yourself asap!
