Thankfully, I also already know my preceptors as I spent time doing clinicals there and they are both fantastic and willing to answer my zillions of questions :) So, between them and here I think I'll be just fine. Just gotta make it through my first year is what I keep hearing.

  3. Hi everyone! I'm new here but have read several posts in the past. I just graduated with my BSN in December '16 and recently passed my NCLEX on my first try. I'll be starting my new job as a hospital RN soon. I'm wondering if anyone has anything to share regarding starting out. For example, something you wish you knew that you had to learn the hard way. Thanks!
