*****Update******* I thought I responded back to this. My apologies. About one 1/2 months after I submitted everything I got my letter stating....YOU ARE CLEARED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG! I was running around my house as I didn't need another review or send more money it went through just fine.

I'm following. I'm in the same boat. My is a tampering of mail. Looong story. I'm hopeful for us both.

I FINALLY get this right and it seems as if it won't happen!!! I recently submitted my declatory order to the Texas BON. I have never been in trouble other than speeding tickets. Recently about 3 years ago while working for the Post Office I clocked out for the day and walked as usual to my car which I parked where the customers park. On the ground was a gift card sort of wrapped in a sticky. I walk back inside and informed the supvr on duty this card was on the ground. She instructed me to call and make sure it didn't belong to anyone. I did and there was no info attached to the card so I used it. A month later a customer file a complaint that their gift card was lost but used 😳 Long story short I was charged with mail tampering a misdemeanor B cause it was 100.00. How foolish right! I regret that day. I am the lady who will walk back in Walmart as I have forgot eggs under my purse or something fell on the side of my basket. Why was I so foolish!! Now I'm not sure how this is going to work out and I'm beyond nervous. Nursing Is my PURPOSE! Offer me some hope or prayers.
