    Hello, all. I am new to the forum and new to the Dallas area as well. Anywho, I plan on attending DNI soon for the LVN program and wanted to know does anyone know is the drug test hair follicle, urine, or mouth swab. I've heard from a few females since moving here that they've had friends that attended here and some said they do hair follicle and some say mouth swab. Does anyone have any experience on this? And how many shots do you have to take?
