  1. Taking NCLEX PN in a different state after graduating 7 years ago

    TMT361 posted a topic in NCLEX Exam, Programs
    I graduated in 2014 in Texas, where we are allowed 4 years to test. I let my time expire and I'm now wanting to take my NCLEX. I spoke with the BON and was told I could possibly test in a different state and then once passed I can endorse my license to Texas. Is this a possibility??? Also, what states allow testing out-of-state? In Texas, I would have to take an entire nursing program again in order to test.
