  1. I'm looking to apply to graduate school. I'm interested in womens health and would like to be an advanced practitioner. I don't want to do a womens health program specialty because it highly limits options for jobs. I'm not interested in delivering babies and doing long on call hours so nurse midwife isn't much of an option. Feel like that mainly leaves me with an FNP degree. I'm not interested in learning about kids and men. But I know that an FNP degree gives me the most options and I can switch specialties if I get burned out in one. But i'm fearful that i'll get stuck doing family practice as a PCP for a while. I work as a family practice nurse and would not want to be an NP in that role. So I guess what i'm looking for is some insight into those who have an FNP where do you currently work, where all have you worked with the degree and would you recommend it? Thanks so much
