I was told falsely by an advisor that I was in, only to be told by another advisor that she was sadly mistaken! I don't think this was due to any nefarious reasons or anything.

I just rescinded my application to UTA I was accepted to TWU yesterday. So hooray! one less applicant in the UTA pool.

No matter what happens with our individual applications today I'm glad that I have this on-line community to share the excitement with it as I wait for the last 1.5 hours of the work day to come. :)

this, i can understand the transcript issue, I had issue with mine getting sent in time around Christmas break as well.

that would be the height of inconsideration. they have to know what each of us is going through with the seemingly tiny bit of open spaces at available schools. For example If i do get good news from TWU my first order of business is clearing my application from UTA..I know lots of people want in there too!

did you sign up with a gmail account or some other web based e-mail service, just wondering. the one e-mail I got from the school came to my gmail account i used to sign up with nursing CAS, and like you after i got that from TWU i checked CAS and didn't see any correspondence.

I just want to know who are these jokers that A. Don't have their CAS associated e-mail linked in with their phone B. Took their sweet time to reply to TWU.

I'm guessing Wednesday, at 4:59 PM! lol

yeah, but i'm pretty sure that's not indicative of any status decisions regarding the CON.

re-apply for the fall Take organic chemistry Study for the GRE and apply to TWU again and UNTHSC PA school. I have an application at UTA but honestly I'm not the most thrilled of going there if they do want to take me.

Yeah I just signed up for the Technical writing and Intro to nursing starting next month.

I took medical terminology at TWU when I got my BS in Health Studies. I just checked my degree plan evaluation and they took my chemistry class. I just registered for Intro to nursing and Technical writing. Once that's done the only pre-reqs I'll have left are patho/pharm.

I'm getting excited as well! Hopefully we'll know if they are done with initial application processing. I also wonder if this is the week to give hopefuls a chance to reply about eligibility questions the nursing staff found. edit: Excited is not the right word, I am more nervous than excited. Even if I get that rejection or wait list just not knowing is worse. I'm a serious planner, the sooner I know the sooner I can get started on plan B.

Did you already complete your Pharm/Patho/Intro to nursing? I'm pretty sure I will withdrawal my application, trying to cram that many classes in before the start date seems like a recipe for disaster.

yes...wishful thinking it makes me so sad! Hopefully just another two weeks max and we'll all know our fate.
