Do you happen to know what the points were for the traditional program? I do not have enough points for the accelerated program so I am hoping for the traditional program!

Every time I call they never give out information like that they just tell me emails will go out soon and good luck

Hello Everyone! I recently graduated with my BS in Biology. I have applied to 3 different pathways in the nursing program with East TN State University. They go off of a point system. I messed up like most young students my first year of college. Then my second year I had my first son so it was hard learning how to balancing everything at once. My 3rd and 4th year I did great but still the first two years effected my GPA. Out of 400 points I have 280. For the accelerated program I "heard" you have to have above 300 points to get in. I applied anyways because you never know the points of other applicants will be. When I spoke to the advisors they said that some years they have to go as low as 220 points to fill their traditional pathway programs so I believe I have a good chance of getting into a regular program! *fingers crossed anyways* I applied for the following: Traditional BSN Fall 2017 Main Campus or Kingsport Option Accelerated Second Degree Degree BSN Summer 2017 Entry/Fall 2017 Entry Traditional BSN Fall 2017 Sevierville Entry Option Acceptance/Rejection emails are/were suppose to come out this week but I called admissions and they said it would be another week or two before they sent the emails out so I am just sitting here waiting.... Is anyone else in the same position or able to share with me their amount of points and if/what program they got into? Thanks so much!

Hello everyone! I am in the process of applying to East Tennessee State University. I am applying to both of their accelerated programs (they started a new one this year at a different campus location) as well as the traditional program. They go based off of the point system. I am very worried that I will not have enough points! Has anyone in this group applied to this particular school and been accepted? if so how many points did you have? Hopefully this will calm my nerves a little bit! Thanks!
