    hI, MY COUSIN TOOK THE XAM AND WE DID NOT DO PVT BUT WE CHECKED ON CONNECTICUT BON AND IT STATES LICENSE PENDING. I CANOT FIND ANY THREAD ON WHAT'S THE REAL MEANING OF PENDING. IS IT PASS OR A FAIL. THANKS
