Hi all. I'm an LVN in California since 2010. In 2022, I was caught diverting Norco. I just started probation last November but attend weekly NA meetings and completed an outpatient rehab program. I am having such a difficult time finding employment.
I understand why employers would be hesitant to hire someone with this issue. But I have been in skilled nursing for almost 30 years. I love my patients. Have any of you on probation had difficulty finding an employer willing to give you a chance? If so, any advise would be greatly appreciated.
