priority of prereqs?

I am currently in Anatomy at a community college. I skipped Biology with a high school transcript but, I still plan on taking it later. My question is: Out of Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology and Physiology what should I take first/last? Does it matter? Also I will be in Statistics next semester and struggle with math so I am afraid to take a science that is more challenging at the same time. Oh and one more thing.. I have taken 18 units this and last semester, will it be too hard/risky to take two science classes at the same time?

thanks ahead of time (the counselors at my school do not help at all):)

As far as difficulty with math goes, and this is subjective, but I'd guess your hardest science will be chemistry. All curricula are different but, in my experience, chemistry is typically only needed for BSN (which I advise you get at some point in the near future). I think Microbiology would be most beneficial; it's actually a co-req in my program.

I would go bio, chem, physio, then micro. I took stats with physical science(instead of chem) and made an A in stats, but a B in physical science(I had a Russian Lady with a thick accent who just read power points). A friend of mine(shes pre med) took both chem and bio in the same semester and said it was tough but she made it through it. You just have to apply yourself and know how to study for both. I know some people who take a&p II and Micro together at my school or A&P I and chem together.

Okay thanks, Ill save chemistry and take it in two semesters (it is a pre req for physiology). And yes, I plan on going straight for a BSN. Thanks for the help :)
