Printing off the CPNE Study Guide

Hey guys! I have been reviewing the 17th Edition of the study guide on my computer, and I understand that I need to print off Ch IV, but what about all of our documentation/charting forms in the appendix for practicing? Did you get them printed off at same time, and so far how many have you used (or did you use, for those GN's)

I scanned all those forms in my computer and printed a bunch of copies, but what I also did with the important forms (PCS recording form, care planning form, eval form, lab sims forms) was put them in a laminated sleeve, and get a box of dry erase markers. That way when I practice I can practice filling things in correctly and remember to sign my name/initials in the right box, etc. :-)

I have my unit 4 in one binder tabbed into 8 sections to make things easier to find. EVERYTHING you will see at the CPNE paperwork wise is in this part. Take special attention also to the scoring forms. The actual forms for the examiners and their "scripts" are also included in there. :-)
