How do you position your patients while doing compression wraps? Do you sit on the floor? Have the patient put a foot on a chair? Have them lie in a bed? I'm new to home health and my 42 year old back is screaming.

1. Option
Patient lies in bed and turns the legs to me.
Ideal: The bed is hight adjustable.
2. Option
Patient sits on a chair and puts the legs on a stool.
I go down on my left knee.
- Both options: I allways keep my (65yo) back strait.

Pt sits on chair and I squat on the floor if pt cannot elevate legs, or if they can, I sit across from them on a chair or stool, trying to keep my back as straight as possible. Honestly, I'm going to start working out again to make this easier. In my 40's too, and came to HH from an office role. Those 4 layer wraps are a killer! ?
