Hi I have an interview for a sisters post on my ward and I have a presentation to do at interview. I have been in nursing now for 22years and my last presentation was about 15 years ago!!!:uhoh21: Has anyone any idea how I should structure my presentation I have so much to say but I don't really know where to start. Any suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks

Maybe start with some graphs and/or charts showing past & current productivity. State the probable reasons for the change (charting, acuity, different responsibilities, etc.) Give suggestions on how to reverse the bad trend or increase the good trend (whichever the case may be) and another graph/chart depicting the expected outcome of implemented suggestions. You know--where we were, where we are and where we can be. If you have access to Excel or Power point, that would be helpful. If that's not something you're comfortable with, recruit a middle school or high school relative to lend a helping hand. They're great at this kind of thing!
