Prerequisites in Orange County

Hello, I have a BA from UCI in a non-science Major. I want to purse a second career in nursing. The problem is, I can’t get into any of the prerequisite courses at any local community colleges. Does anyone have any tips or know of any schools in the Orange County, California area that are a little easier to get the courses? I’ve noticed all the science courses I need fill up long before my application time. Any help is greatly appreciated ?
