Preparing for staff oriented interview~~~~~~

i am in need of some insight!!!!

until now, i have had 2 interviews at a hospital with one more coming next week.the first 2 interviews were with hr and then the unit supervisor. this last interview will be with the potential staff that i will be working

with. i am really at a loss as to how to prepare for this interview....

has anyone out there been involved with this kind of interview?

what should i expect? i feel like i will be in front of the firing line!!!! ;)

the position that i am interviewing for is a patient care technician, if that makes any difference.............

thanks in advance!

That seems odd. If you don't mind me asking, what hospital? I think if you go to the interview feeling good and being yourself it will work out. If this is the third interview then someone is definitally interested. Co-workers just want to know that you are a team player and motivated to do a good job. Good luck!!!!

I had never heard of a peer based interview, but I posted the same question on the KS board and had 2 responses. Both responders had peer based interviews and gave me some great ideas!

I have my 3rd interview tomorrow at shift change at Saint Luke's on the Plaza!!

I am SO excited, I just hope to high heaven that I make a good impression..

I just hope I can find my way to the Unit!!!!

Hehehehe...

Thanks for the well wishes!!!
