I took my NCLEX in June. I studied off Saunders and Exam Cram. I got a lot of SATA questions, I used to have trouble with em. What you have to realize it that the answers are separate from each other, they don't connect together (if that makes sense?). I got a lot of priority and delegations questions as well. The pharm questions I got were pretty hard.. I didn't know any of the meds they were giving me.. but I jst used the process of elimination. Good luck!

Haven't tooken the Nclex yet I am shooting for October but I will be using my green saunders, ati books, and ati online tutoring to help me study. Good Luck

I just started school but the teachers told us that the Saunders NCLEX PN is a great book. Whatever we are going over I look in the book. Might as well start now studying even though only in the 1st semester.
