Premie lab values

I have to explain why the lab values for my premie patient are abnormal. They are MCH( I couldn't figure out what this stands for) it is 38.9, RDW (also don't know what it stands for) is 17.5. The neuts were 40.0, band neuts 3.0, lymphs are 56.0. The K+ level was high also and the only explanation I have for this is that it is normally high for premies. Can someone please help?
