Preceptor Program

Hi All!

Two weeks ago I transitioned from floor nursing to Clinical Educator. This is a new role for myself and a new position within the company. One of my first tasks is to create a preceptor program from the bottom up. I am looking for resources. I have found some online, but is there anyone willing to share their preceptor/preceptee packets they are currently using? It would help to see a working program. A little more background, the 5 clinics have Primary Care and Walk-In Urgent care with approx. 100 clinical staff.
