Practice questions

I'm sure this question has been asked a million times before, but I'm going to ask anyway. I have found that practice question help me a lot (especially when a rationale is given) to study for our tests. (It's funny the number of questions I see word for word on our tests from books I've studied from! :) ) I'm looking for a few resources for online practice. I use reviews and rationale books, the ones done by Mary Ann Hogan and ATI books our school has given us. The online ATI tests don't help much because the sections are broken up in such a way that the tests I take involve so much content we have not learned yet. I'd like all Nursing subjects, but right now I'm in our first med/surg roation. Thank you all so much in advance!
